Howard came along and did an adjustment on a shutter door previously fitted by BDL and we can't thank them enough. No problem to them whatsoever. Fast response , good job done and nice folk. Thanks again x

Howard and the Guys did an excellent job. Totally transformed our garage and looks great. Very easy to operate with two remote fobs and also a manual panel inside. Anthracite roller doors with white surround looks fantastic. Well done guys. Would unhesitatingly recommend.

When we recently moved home and required a new garage door, I took recommendations from friends and neighbours who'd had replacement garage doors fitted by BDL. Upon contacting BDL, I was visited by Howard who came and took measurements and talked through what work would be done. I needed to have a consumer unit and some plumbing moved slightly and then works could begin. Howard also noted rotten timbers of the old door frame so I asked him to replace with new. On the day of installation, I left my garage unlocked and when I returned home from work to find not only a very impressive new insulated double door, but the installers had left the area clean and tidy, with no real signs of their presence. The old door fitted where it touched, but the new roller shutter (with remote controls), has TRANSFORMED both our garage and home. There are no draughts, no leaks, and daylight can't be seen inside the garage. I checked for draughts on a particularly breezy day, but there wasn't a hint of leakage and our home is much warmer as a result. Howard's installation was extremely neat, with the uPVC cladding to the outer door frame very well sealed and all wiring P clipped smartly to the walls. After installation and payment, we found the need for an additional remote control (two were supplied), and Howard came out at short notice with no quibbles and programmed a new device. Overall, I gave BDL 5 stars because you can't give more! I'd recommend them and their work very highly. Thank you BDL.

Prompt response to my request for a quote for a new up and over garage door giving succinct paperwork and date to undertake the work. Kept in contact with us so we knew when the door would arrive and be fitted. Amazingly efficient when they brought and fitted it. Friends recommended BDL and I would certainly do the same. Time for fitters arranged twice and times given . They turned up too late on both occasions after the time resident had to go out . When they did arrive nice lads and fitted quickly . Invoice for job received on the wednesday ( with 30 days to pay ) , i sent a cheque on the friday , by the monday I received a phonecall from the boss after 8.15pm at night demanding where the money was. He was very short and I explained cheque on its way and this did not seem to please . I ended up putting the phone down ......how very rude !!!! Yes you did ask for payment and after i said cheque on its way you said " Well where is it ?" . My husband heard you as you were on loud speaker !!!!
