Myself (as a customer) and Garden Gift Shop (as a retailer) were both scammed via a 3rd party. I bought an item from another site, they bought it from Garden Gift Shop, then sent it on to me and then requested a refund via ebay, sending Garden Gift Shop an empty box so that the return was instigated while it was in transit. Both myself and Garden Gift Shop were innocent victims in this. They contacted me, thinking that I was their customer. When it turned out that I wasn't, they were very understanding and non-accusatory. They worked with me and sorted everything out in a friendly and professional manor, going above and beyond to get it sorted. I will definitely be ordering from them direct if I need something again.
