I found the owners very very warm and welcoming, nothing seemed too much trouble, the room was excellent spotlessly clean well maintained and with fresh milk in a mini fridge, shower stall was a little snug, but I'm a larger person (around the middle) but shower itself was great, breakfast was more than excellent, freshly cooked, with everything you could want, I stayed for two nights for work, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again if I'm in the are, I always prefer B&Bs over corporate hotels, because you get personal service, if your looking for a few nights in the area, don't hesitate book in you'll love it ☺️.

Having chosen Lincoln for a base for a couple of days, i couldn't have picked a better place to stay. From the welcome on arrival, to the comfort, facilities and quality of the room.
